 We sell apparel, customized products, and other merchandise through our website.  All orders are subject to: Product availability /  Payment confirmation / Design approval (for custom items) / We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion / All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

axes (GST/QST where applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

For customized products:

Customers must ensure they own the rights to any logo, image, or design submitted.
 

Alpha Canadian Trade is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-submitted content.
 

Production begins only after design confirmation.
 

Once approved and printed, custom items are non-refundable.
 

We reserve the right to refuse offensive, illegal, or inappropriate designs.

Payment:

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.

We do not store full credit card details.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Shipping:

Shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays / Customs delays / Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer / Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds:

Non-Custom Products:

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition.

Custom Products:

All custom-made products are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Intellectual Property:

All website content including:

Logos / Product designs / Text / Graphics are the property of Alpha Canadian Trade and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

Alpha Canadian Trade shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages / Loss of profits / Business interruption / Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
